Returns & Order Cancellations
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please use the contact form or email contact@epiona.co to get your return started. We provide free exchange for Canada but returns will be charged $15.00 for restocking & shipping fees. For returns and exchanges from the US, customer has to be responsible for shipping back to our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
We accept order cancellations, provided the products have not yet been shipped. Under such circumstances, the customer will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel any orders.
